Kanas: Dated 04.10.23
With the rapidly increasing global population and the demands of modern lifestyles, countless trees are being sacrificed every day. As a result, global warming is intensifying, climate patterns are changing, and the environment is becoming increasingly polluted. To combat these issues, tree plantation has become an absolute necessity.
With this in mind, the social organization “Prayas” has launched a tree plantation campaign.
On this occasion, members of the “Prayas” family planted trees along the roadside in Moolabasanta village under Kanas Block, Khandahata Gram Panchayat, delivering a strong message about environmental protection.
Under the leadership of young social worker Shri Kamakshya Pradhan, the organization’s members planted banyan, neem, and limbo trees along the road.
The organization’s president, Shri Pradhan, stated that this tree plantation initiative will continue in the future.
