“Bharat Ko Jano” Competition Organized to Inspire Patriotism Among Students
The “Bharat Ko Jano” competition was organized on October 19, 2023 (Thursday) at 9:30 a.m. at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Basukera, in the Sakhigopal area. The event was inaugurated with the objective of awakening a sense of patriotism among students.
Several dignitaries attended the program, including Nabin Kumar Senapati, Principal of Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir; Brundaban Rath, former Principal of Gopabandhu Smruti Mahavidyalaya; Dr. Savita Pradhan, Vice-Chancellor of Odia University; Jayanta Kumar Jayasingh, Tahasildar of Satyabadi; Satyabadi Das, Provincial President of Bharat Vikas Parishad, Satyabadi; Purna Chandra Mahapatra, President; and Nabaghan Satapathy, Branch Secretary of Satyabadi.
The main aim of the program was to cultivate patriotic feelings among the students. Students from different schools participated enthusiastically in various events such as the national group singing competition and the “Bharat Ko Jano” quiz competition, which focused on exploring both the well-known and lesser-known facts about India.
