1994 Batch Alumni Reunion of Astaranga High School Held
Kakatpur (Tushar Dixit), 26/1 — The alumni reunion of the 1994 matriculation batch of Astaranga Government High School in Puri district was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the famous local tourist destination, the Sarvadharma Peetha, Pir Jahania.
Around a hundred former students of the 1994 batch participated in the reunion event. Meeting each other after a long gap of 30 years, the old classmates were filled with emotion, sharing memories and reconnecting with joy and nostalgia.
A two-minute silent prayer was held in memory of two late batchmates, Rajalakshmi Jena and Damayanti Swain.
The event was organized and coordinated by alumni members Akshaya Muduli, Dillip Das, Chinmaya Nayak, Pramod Biswal, Prashant Sahu, Sushant Muruni, Aditya Raut, Pradeep Sahu, Mantu Behera, Sasmita Chatoi, and Mamata Muduli.
Other attendees included Indira, Dolly, Ranjana, Sabitri, Jhilli, Sanjay, Sameer, Dillip, Bichitra, Tara, Manju, Rozalin, Sanju, Pankaj, and Basu Jhatakishore, who joined along with their families and contributed to making the event a heartwarming and memorable gathering.
