On 24th March 2024 (Sunday), a free health camp was organized in Sakhigopal by Bharat Vikas Parishad in collaboration with the Satyabadi branch and with the support of Jan Kalyan Aushadhalaya. The event was held in the premises of Jan Kalyan Aushadhalaya, located in Mahavir Colony, in front of Mahavir Temple at Satyabadi Block Chhak. The health camp was inaugurated by Dr. Sambit Swain, a specialist in medicine and diabetes, in the presence of Dr. Anand Kumar Tripathi, a cardiologist and physician, and pharmacist Ajay Kumar Nanda. During the camp, medical consultations were provided to over a hundred patients. Various types of blood tests were conducted free of cost, and patients were made aware of their health conditions.
The camp witnessed the active participation of several dignitaries including Satyabadi Das, President of Bharat Vikas Parishad (Odisha East), Nihar Ranjan Swain, Media In-Charge of Odisha East, Purna Chandra Mahapatra, President of the Satyabadi branch, Nabaghan Satapathy, Secretary, Bijay Kumar Parida, Treasurer, Sunakar Pati from support staff, and Vice-President Vishnu Maharana. They all extended their cooperation in ensuring the success of the event.
Under the guidance of Amiya Kumar Swain, the Chief of Health Services, the camp was efficiently managed. Other notable attendees who helped in the smooth execution included Sunil Kumar Behera (Organizing Secretary), Rita Tripathi (Women Coordinator), Sushant Rath, Debaraj Nayak, Prafulla Panda, Braja Kishore Paikaray, Manoranjan Mishra, Brahmananda Maharana, Ramesh Chandra Panda, Swadhin Satapathy, Rabindra Nath Satapathy, Bandana Das, Ajay Tripathi, Singhari Alok Khuntia, Amar Satapathy, Debashis Mishra, and Sangram Mahapatra. Their dedicated efforts ensured the event was successfully conducted.
