Preparatory Meeting Held for International Spiritual Conference by Shree Jagannath Chintana O Chetana World Wide
In today’s society, as people increasingly succumb to materialistic thinking, they are gradually drifting away from their culture, discipline, and traditions. With the aim of bringing a positive transformation in human life, the organization Shree Jagannath Chintana O Chetana World Wide (SJCCWW) is set to host an international spiritual conference from January 7, 2025, spanning three days at the Puri Town Hall. The theme of the conference is “Mahaprabhu Shree Jagannath in Thought and Consciousness.”
The event will be inaugurated by Jagadguru Shankaracharya Nishchalananda Saraswati. Delegates from several countries have already confirmed their participation. In various sessions of the conference, revered saints and spiritual leaders will deliver discourses.
Apart from discussions on Shree Jagannath’s teachings and propagation, the event will feature several attractions, including an exhibition on Shree Jagannath’s books and attire, sand art, devotional music, kirtan, Mahaprasad distribution, and sea-facing aarti ceremonies.
SJCCWW Managing Trustee Shri Ramesh Chandra Biswal shared a detailed overview of the upcoming event, drawing the attention of all attendees.
As part of the preparations, a special planning meeting was held today at the Jhanpita Math in Puri. Among the key attendees were the revered Baba Sachchidananda Das Babaji of the Math, senior Daitapati Shri Ramachandra Das Mahapatra, revered Mahant Dr. Ram Charan Das of Neuli Math, Dr. Bhaskar Mishra, Dr. Narayan Mahapatra, Dr. P.C. Mahapatra, Shri Narendra Nayak, Shri Bhagwan Das, and others.
