Application Process for 7,540 Teacher Posts Postponed

The state government had initiated the recruitment process to fill vacant teacher positions in high schools. Following a major recruitment drive, applications for 7,540 regular teacher posts were announced on November 23. Initially, the application period was scheduled from December 11, 2022, to January 9, 2023.

However, citing administrative reasons, OSSC (Odisha Staff Selection Commission) has revised the schedule. As per the new update, the application process will now begin on December 12 and conclude on January 10, 2023.

It is worth noting that the recruitment covers TGT (Arts, PCM, CBZ), Language Teachers (Urdu, Hindi, Sanskrit, Telugu), and Physical Education Teachers.
