Former Naib Sarpanch Passes Away Due to Cardiac Arrest

Kakatpur – 05/03/2024 – (Tushar Dixit) – Pratima Barik, the former Naib Sarpanch of Kundhei Gram Panchayat under Kakatpur block and a senior leader of the Biju Janata Dal, passed away on the 25th at the age of 50 due to a cardiac arrest.

Following the news of her demise, many paid their respects at her residence, including Zone-7 Zilla Parishad member Sanjukta Dixit, youth leader Himanshu Dixit, former Sarpanch of Kundhei Gram Panchayat Shubhajit Mall, youth leaders Bijay Prusty and Pradeepta Prusty, and Ranjan Kumar Nayak, President of Biju Yuva Janata Dal (Kakatpur Block).

Her final journey proceeded from her residence to the village cremation ground. Among those present during the last rites were Pradeepta Barik, Prashanta Barik, Subrata Barik, Prasad Barik, Shubham Barik, and Satyajit Barik. The bereaved family received condolences and support from relatives, leaders, and well-wishers.
