Free Prasad and Refreshments Distributed by Various Organizations During Jhamu Yatra

On the auspicious occasion of Jhamu Yatra, Kakatpur turned festive and vibrant, overflowing with devotees despite the intense summer heat. In a display of devotion and service, free prasad and chilled curd sherbet were distributed to the pilgrims and devotees by various organizations.
Around 8 AM, under the direct supervision of Soumyaranjan Dash and Anil Kabi Satapathy of Niladri Group and Aarti Development Center, devotees were served khichdi, dalma, and curd sherbet in the main market area of Kakatpur.
Similarly, Prachi Youth Social Organization, Maa Mangala Drivers’ Association, and Sai Seva Trust also organized food and water distribution programs. These were officially inaugurated by Kakatpur Tehsildar Ankita Anandita and Astaranga Tehsildar Priyanka Priya Darshini.
In addition, organizations such as KBIEM English Medium School, Sikshara Bikasha Educational Trust represented by Dibyaranjan Sahu and Lakshmipriya Biswal, and the Kakatpur Police supported by Nimapara SDPO Prabhat Ranjan Mallick, Kakatpur IIC Bijay Ketan Behera, and ASI Pramod Kumar Sethi, along with support from the Contractors’ Association including Swadhin Kumar Pradhan and Bijan Kumar Pari, collectively ensured the successful distribution of free prasad and curd sherbet to over 5,000 devotees.
