Initiative to Promote the Glory of Saint Tulsidas
Discussion with the Chief Minister by Pandit Bishnu Charan Panda – Pandit Bishnu Charan Panda, founder of Govind Godham Gaushala and Shri Ram Sundarkand Charitable Trust in Puri, met with Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi to discuss the legacy and contributions of Saint Tulsidas. In line with the message from Jagadguru Padma Vibhushan Ram Bhadracharya, the head of Chitrakoot Tulsi Peeth, Pandit Panda informed the Chief Minister about the upcoming installation of a marble idol of Saint Tulsidas. The statue, brought from Rajasthan, will be installed on July 9 at the Sant Tulsi Peeth located near Chandanpur in Puri.

Similarly, invitations were extended to Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida, Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan, Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi, and Khordha MLA Prashant Jagdev to attend the program honoring Saint Tulsidas and to participate in the nine-day national Shri Ram Katha, which will commence from the 6th of the month under the guidance of Jagadguru.
Present during today’s meeting were Umesh Khandelwal, the chief coordinator of the trust, Dillip Khandelwal, chairman of the welcoming committee, as well as Pandit Gangadhar Panda and Kartik Panda.
