14th Annual Function of Jahan Public School Celebrated with Grandeur

The 14th Annual Function of Jahan Public School, one of the leading educational institutions in Kakatpur, Puri district, was celebrated with great enthusiasm on the school premises. The event was coordinated by school teacher Premashankar Pujari, with School Director Sumitra Ghosh presiding over the occasion and Principal Mamata Mohapatra delivering the welcome address.
The event was graced by chief guest Bijay Kumar Nanda, Director of NMIIT, Bhubaneswar. The keynote address was delivered by Kakatpur Block Education Officer Dillip Kumar Jena, while the Block Chairman, Sridhar Nayak, participated as the Guest of Honour.
In their addresses, the guests emphasized the crucial role of parents in shaping the future of children. They urged parents to keep their children away from the misuse of mobile phones and instead instill in them the importance of education and human values. They also praised the school’s contributions to the field of education and lauded its diverse range of programs and activities.
All teachers and staff of the school ensured the smooth coordination of the function. Noted comedy artist Prajnan Khatua entertained the students and parents with his engaging and humorous performance.
Students who had excelled in various categories throughout the year were felicitated with awards by the dignitaries. The event concluded with a vibrant cultural program, featuring captivating dance and musical performances by students including Ishani Aparupa and her group, leaving the audience mesmerized.
