
Blood Donation Camp Organized by KBEM Kids Public School in Kakatpur

A mega blood donation camp was successfully organized by KBEM Kids Public School, one of Kakatpur’s leading educational institutions, within its campus. The camp was ceremoniously inaugurated by Kakatpur Police Station IIC Umesh Chandra Sahu, along with dignitaries Prashanta Kumar Sahu, Tushar Ranjan Dixit, Kamal Lochan Dixit, Alok Kumar Pani, Sarat Kumar Das, Akshaya Kumar Raut, and event director Dibyaranjan Sahu.
Following the formal inauguration, the blood donation process began. Teachers, staff, parents, and prominent journalists from Kakatpur and Astaranga actively participated in the noble cause. The event was aimed at addressing the shortage of blood and emphasized the importance of ensuring no life is lost due to lack of blood.
The event was smoothly coordinated by Administrative Officer Manas Ranjan Sethi, Co-Director Alok Ranjan Pani, Chairperson Lakshmipriya Biswal, and the entire teaching staff. A total of 35 units of blood were collected during the drive, with medical professionals from the Red Cross Bhubaneswar overseeing the blood collection process.
At the conclusion of the program, all participating journalists from Kakatpur and Astaranga regions were felicitated and honored by the school authorities in appreciation of their support and contribution.
