Lord Jagannath Saves Ten Lives from a Tragic Accident After Recovery from Fever
On the joyous occasion of the first day of the Raja festival, when all of Odisha is immersed in celebration, a tragic accident occurred that has cast a shadow over the festivities. The incident took place this morning on the new Jagannath Road near Jankia Garh Sahi Chhak under the Konark police limits, where a car collided head-on with a tipper truck, leaving ten people injured.
The victims, who were reportedly traveling to their relatives’ homes to celebrate the festival, were rescued by local villagers and immediately shifted to the nearby Konark Community Health Center for treatment. Among the injured are two small children.
Upon receiving information, the Konark police reached the spot, detained the truck driver, and have launched an investigation into the incident.
Amidst all this, locals are saying that it was by Lord Jagannath’s grace that all ten survived the accident—especially since some had just recovered from illness. What could have been a major tragedy on such a happy day turned into a miracle, as the families of the injured now count their blessings and credit Lord Jagannath for saving their lives.
