Social Organization “Apananka Sebare” Serves Devotees on Snana Purnima
Puri, 22.6.24: On the auspicious occasion of Snana Purnima, during the ceremonial bathing of the Chaturdha Murti at the Snana Bedi, leading social organization “Apananka Sebare” from Puri provided a variety of services to countless visiting devotees and pilgrims. These services were offered by the members of the organization with dedication and devotion.
On a crowded day like today, when obtaining Mahaprasad becomes difficult, the organization served Tank Torani (a traditional cooling drink) to devotees near the Simha Dwara (Lion’s Gate) of the temple.
To protect devotees from the intense heat and suffocation, water sprinkling through sprays and crowd control measures were also implemented.

Members involved in this service included Manoj Rath, Sudarshan Sahu, Ranjesh Sahu, Chittaranjan Biswal, Debendra Maharana, Biranchi Mishra, Debanand Mishra, Jagadish Pradhan, Gaurav Pasoria, Krishna Narayan Mishra, Soumyashree Ashirbadam, Sanjay, Satyanarayan, Manas, Kulu, Jagannath Reddy, Binod Senapati, Devi Prasad Brahma, child member Om Prasad Senapati, and women members Archana Mishra, Ranjulata Sabat, Sulekha Mishra, and Sushree Deeptimayi.
The event was also supported by the Sanjeevani Organization and Soumyakanta Pradhan of Baliguali, along with his team, who conducted the program in a beautiful and well-organized manner.
