Blood Donation Camp Held on Young Journalist’s Birthday: 40 Units Collected
On the occasion of young journalist Ipili Purnachandra’s 20th birthday, a blood donation camp was organized at the Kukudakhandi Gram Panchayat office under the supervision of social worker and model Mr. S. Ajit Patra and former Samiti member P. Shivaprasad Dora.
The event was inaugurated by chief guest and Sanakhemundi MLA Ramesh Jena. Among the distinguished guests present were Tahsildar Sapan Kumar Sahu, Digapahandi NAC Chairman Prafulla Panda, Councillor Deepak Mishra, Digapahandi Youth Leader Sreedhar Deo, Kukudakhandi College Principal Vibhu Prasad Patra, UGB Bank Branch Manager Manisha Jena, Headmistress Madhusmita Padhi, along with former headmaster Ashok Kumar Dalei, and social worker K. Kuna.
In the presence of staff from the Berhampur Blood Bank, 40 units of blood were collected.
