Pipili : 06/12/2025 – The two-day 17th Annual Function 2025 is being celebrated on the premises of St. Xavier High School, Pipili, Puri District. Held under the chairmanship of the Managing Director Mr. Ajay Kumar Mishra and in the august presence of the School Chairperson Mrs. Simita Tripathy, the celebration was inaugurated with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp.
On the first evening, the event was graced by Mr. Debabrata Mishra, Odisha Head of Global Olympiad Foundation Ltd., as the Chief Speaker, and Mr. Pitabas Sethy, Block Education Officer, Pipili, as the Chief Guest. Other distinguished guests included Dr. Sukanti Mahapatra, Principal of Somnath Deb Women’s Degree College, Jatni, and Educationist Ankita Sharma, who together inaugurated the ceremony.
Mr. Debabrata Mishra and Dr. Sukanti Mahapatra inspired the students and parents by sharing several meaningful life lessons through engaging and educational stories. In addition to this, meritorious students of the school who excelled in the Annual Science Exhibition, Sports Competitions, and Elocution Contests were awarded by the esteemed guests.
Teacher Elora Mahanti was honored for her deep affection for young children and her dedication as a sincere educator. Similarly, Mrs. Avarani Panda was felicitated for her honesty, sense of responsibility, leadership qualities, affection towards students, and her valuable contribution to the school.
On this occasion, the guests unveiled the school’s annual magazine “Exotica”. Following this, Chairperson Mrs. Simita Tripathy presented mementos to the guests as a token of respect.
The celebration continued with delightful cultural performances by the tiny tots of the school, who captivated the audience with their charming dance presentations. Their graceful performances filled the atmosphere with joy and left the audience enthralled.
During the annual function, the impressive dance presentations by the students received high appreciation from the guests, students, and parents, who thoroughly enjoyed the event and praised it wholeheartedly.
