Union Minister Inaugurates Kumar Utsav

At Alarpur in Pipili constituency of Puri district, the 12th edition of ‘Kumar Mahotsav’ was organized by Haradurga Youth Club, where the Honourable Union Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan attended as the Chief Guest and inspired the public with his presence.
