Pandian Pays Tribute to Maheswar
A condolence meeting and Mahaprasad distribution ceremony were held in Puri on the occasion of the Ekadasha (11th-day ritual) of the late Maheswar Mohanty, former Speaker, former Minister, and President of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) in Puri district.
His political journey, which began during his student days, was dedicated to public service and the development of the state as well as the Puri district. His leadership style and dedicated service will always remain alive in the hearts of the people of Puri district.
The event was attended by the Hon’ble Speaker of the Odisha Legislative Assembly, VK Pandian, Hon’ble Ministers, Hon’ble Members of Parliament, MLA of Jajpur Shri Pranab Prakash Das, MLA of Satyabadi Shri Umakanta Samantaray, other MLAs of Puri district, Chairperson of Puri Zilla Parishad, senior leaders of the district, and thousands of admirers of Maheswar Mohanty, who gathered to offer their tributes and partake in the Mahaprasad.
