Acharya Memorial Volleyball Tournament Held at Sriramchandra Pur

On the occasion of Dola Purnima, the 52nd Acharya Memorial Volleyball Tournament 2024 was organized in Sriramchandra Pur village, Sakhigopal. This annual sporting event was hosted by the Acharya Yuba Parishad in memory of Acharya Harihara Das.
This year, volleyball teams from Shrikhetra Volleyball Club, Puri Club, Khordha Volleyball Club, and Rainbow Club Bhubaneswar participated in the tournament. In the final match, Rainbow Club defeated Puri Club with a score of 2-0 and emerged as the champions.
All the matches of the tournament were officiated by national-level referees Trilochan Das and Bidyut Bhusan Rath.
At the closing ceremony, the winning team was honored and presented with the victory trophy by chief guest youth leader Om Prakash Mishra, event president Ajit Kumar Nanda, secretary Pranab Prakash Mishra, and advisor Prabhakar Tripathy.
The tournament concluded with an entertaining cultural performance by the artists of GPN Dance Group from Bhubaneswar, which captivated the audience
