Divya Ranjan Brings Glory to the Village by Cracking OAS
Divya Ranjan Biswal of Khandayat Sahi in Alagum Panchayat, Satyabadi, has brought pride to the village by securing the 56th rank in this year’s Odisha Civil Services (OAS) examination. Through immense hard work and perseverance, he has achieved this remarkable success.
His father, Nrusingha Biswal, is employed with the Delhi Electricity Department. Though the family is not financially well-off, Divya Ranjan did not let obstacles stand in the way of his dreams and remained determined until he achieved success.
A few days ago, the village of Khandayat Sahi came into the limelight when Debashis, a brave son of the soil, became a martyr while serving the nation. Today, the village once again makes headlines as it gets its first OAS officer in Divya Ranjan.
Expressing their joy and high hopes, the villagers—especially elder Jayajati Biswal—proudly said, “Our son will become a top officer and help solve many of the problems faced by our village.”
