“Blood Donor Group, Puri” Honored with “Madad-2023” Award
Date: 11.12.23, Bhubaneswar: This evening, a special program titled “Madad-2023” was organized at Jayadev Bhawan, Bhubaneswar under the aegis of the reputed service organization “Youth for Voluntary Work.” In this event, various organizations and individuals contributing significantly to the field of public service in the state were felicitated. Additionally, a cultural performance showcasing the talents of differently-abled children was presented.
The event featured a variety of colorful performances, including satire, acting, and dance by renowned state-level artists. Esteemed guests such as Khandapada MLA Soumya Ranjan Patnaik (chief guest), Cuttack MLA Mohammad Moquim, actor Harihar Rath, state Congress spokesperson Prashanta Satapathy, chairman of Venkateswar English Medium School Suryakant Pati, and founding member of the organizing body Anshuman Dash graced the occasion.
On this occasion, the leading public health service organization “Blood Donor Group, Puri” was honored with the “Madad-2023” award for its remarkable contributions in the field of blood donation. During the felicitation ceremony, the group’s key coordinators Padma Lochan Mahapatra, Sushanta Kumar Rath, coordinator Neelakantha Barik, and Tikina Mishra were felicitated by the dignitaries, who also extended heartfelt gratitude for their noble work.
In the celebration evening, artists such as Chandan Kar, Kali Charan Acharya, Gnyan Barik, Ravi Kumar, Siddhant Satapathy, and their teams were individually honored for their contributions to the field of art. Their stage performances mesmerized the audience and guests alike.
