96 Students Secure A Grade in Kakatpur – Girls Take the Lead
In the recently declared matriculation examination results, a total of 96 students from Kakatpur block have secured A Grade, with girls taking the lead. Among the top performers, Alibha Deepali Tripathy, a student from Trilochaneswar Dev High School in Mahadevabasta, secured the highest marks in the block with 568. Shubhasmita Das from Bhagabati Vidyapitha in Bajpur followed closely in second place with 566 marks, and Suman Kumar Sahu from Bhagabati High School secured third position with 565 marks.
Out of the 1,335 students who appeared for the examination in the block, 1,325 students passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 97.8. Several schools across the block contributed to this achievement. Institutions such as Bhagabati Vidyapitha in Bajpur, Chitreshwari High School, Trilochaneswar Dev High School in Mahadevabasta, and UGM S School in Bhandisahi had one A-1 grade student each. Barunei High School in Patapur and Trilochaneswar Dev High School had two students each securing A-1 grade. Bhagabati Vidyapitha in Bajpur and Kakatpur Government Nodal High School also had one girl student each in the A-1 grade category.
In the A-2 grade category, 18 students from Kakatpur Government Nodal High School, 14 students from Trilochaneswar Dev High School in Mahadevabasta, and 12 students from Chitreshwari High School performed well. Nine students each from Kantapada G.P. High School and UGM S School in Bhandisahi, four students each from Bateswar High School in Balidokan and Bhagabati Vidyapitha in Bajpur, and three students each from Barunei High School in Patapur and Birabhadra Vidyapitha in Banguri also secured A-2 grade. Additionally, Satyanarayan High School and Bauddha Bihar High School in Yamadharma had two students each in the A-2 category.
Several other schools had one student each who successfully passed the examination. These include D.S. High School, Kakatpur Girls’ Nodal High School, Gopikantapur High School, Nateswar Prachi Vidyapitha, Nasikeswar, Panchayat High School in Rasulpur, and Jagannath Vidyaniketan in Kotanga.
According to Block Education Officer Shri Mandardhar Mahanti, the pass percentage for boys stood at 99, while the pass rate among girls was slightly higher at 99.54. Notably, 19 students from Kakatpur Government Nodal High School passed the examination with A Grade.
