Raksha Bandhan Festival Celebrated at Bhubaneswar’s Sai Kids Play School
Bhubaneswar | 19.08.2024 | Reporter: Singhari Alok Khuntia – The Raksha Bandhan festival was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Sai Kids Play School, located in Ravitakiz, Bhubaneswar. On this occasion, the girl students tied rakhi on the wrists of the boys and shared sweets with them. Sai Kids School made special efforts to introduce the students to Indian culture and traditions through this celebration.
The school’s principal, Mrs. Smrutisudha Pattnaik, explained to the children the values of brotherhood, social responsibility, and duty. School director Rabinarayan Maharana conducted the program and explained the significance of Rakhi Purnima to the students. He was supported by teachers Anjali Das, Rashmita Senapati, Madhusmita Mahakud, Deeptisikha Mohanty, Ladli Panda, Josna Acharya, Soma Goswami, and Purnima Tripathy.
At the end of the event, chocolates were distributed to the children.
