Free Health Camp Organized for Servitors of Sakhigopal Temple

A free health camp was organized by the Sakhigopal Temple Sevayat Sangha, keeping in mind the health and well-being of the servitors and their family members.
The camp was held at the Jageswari Mandap in Sebaka Sahi with support from Bhubaneswar Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital. Senior doctors from the hospital, including Dr. Ajit Kumar Meher (General Medicine), Dr. Satyabrata Mohanty (Pediatrician), Dr. Anshuman Dash (Orthopedic), Dr. Saurabh Paikaray (Surgery), Dr. Sanjana Sahu (Ophthalmology), and pharmacist Sanat Kumar Behera, participated in the camp and conducted health checkups for the servitors’ families. Tests such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and ECG were carried out. Doctors from different departments provided necessary medical consultations, and the hospital also distributed free medicines to the patients.
More than 150 family members of the temple servitors benefited from the free health services. The Sakhigopal Temple Sevayat Sangha, along with the entire team of Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital, was appreciated for their commendable efforts.
Members of the Sevayat Sangha’s management committee, including Pratap Kumar Mahapatra, Bijay Kumar Nanda, servitors Subhadarshi Mahapatra, Shyamsundar Mahapatra, Kahu Nanda, and other staff members of the association were present and coordinated the event.
