Former IIC Umesh Sahu Rejoins Kakatpur Police Station

Former IIC (Inspector-in-Charge) Umesh Chandra Sahu, who had been transferred to Satyabadi Police Station in Puri district eight months ago, has once again taken charge at Kakatpur Police Station on Wednesday.

Following his return, congratulatory messages and warm wishes poured in from various quarters. During his previous tenure, Mr. Sahu was known for maintaining law and order efficiently and giving special attention to the safety and welfare of women and children.

Now that he has resumed his position as the IIC of Kakatpur Police Station, some habitual offenders are reportedly feeling uneasy. When asked about this, Mr. Sahu responded that Kakatpur is a peaceful area, and no criminal activities will be tolerated under any circumstances.
