Former Kantabanji MLA Laxman Bag Visits National 108-Kundi Mahayajna in Puri

Former Kantabanji MLA Laxman Bag, who once defeated ex-Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, visited the ongoing National 108-Kundi Shri Shri 1008 Shri Jagannath Parambrahma Vishwakalyan Shanti Mahayajna, jointly organized by Shri Ram Sundarkand Charitable Trust (Govind Godham Goshala) and Shri Sitaram Das Ji Maharaj Balda Dham Vikas Samiti of Rajasthan.
Speaking at the event, he remarked that India is a global leader in cow protection, and Odisha stands at the forefront in this cause within the country. He said that this Mahayajna, held in Puri, will not only inspire all towards cow protection but also awaken a deep sense of spirituality.
He then had darshan of the renowned saint Shri Shri 108 Shri Sitaram Das Ji Maharaj of Balda Dham, Rajasthan. Also present at the yajna venue was Bikram Raut, General Manager of Puri District WATCO, who visited the sacred yajna site and immersed himself in its divine atmosphere.
In the afternoon, Pandit Bishnucharana Panda Ji Maharaj, founder and secretary of Govind Godham Goshala, conducted a musical recitation of the Sundarkand, during which devotees from across the country participated, filling the air with chants of “Jai Shri Ram”, transforming the venue into a spiritual celebration of Lord Ram.
All guests were warmly welcomed by Ranjita Padhi, Chairperson of the Invitation Committee, and Pandit Bishnucharana Panda Ji Maharaj, founder and secretary of Govind Godham Goshala.
