‘Ama Odisha Nabin Odisha’ Programme Held in Satyabadi

As part of the Odisha Government’s ambitious rural-focused initiative ‘Ama Odisha Nabin Odisha’, a movement has been launched to build a New and Empowered Odisha. The programme is centered around the theme of development in every village and every panchayat.
A public awareness event under this campaign was organized in the Jayapur Panchayat of Satyabadi. The programme took place near the Swad office at Nuagaon CD, where a gathering was held.
The event was graced by Satyabadi MLA Umakanta Samantaray as the Chief Guest. Other dignitaries included Jayapur Sarpanch Aradhana Samantaray, Nominee Deepak Kumar Satapathy, Mahasangha Chairman Chinmaya Raut, Mahasangha President Anupama Nanda, District BJD Women’s Wing President Harapriya Behera, Panchayat President (BJD) Debadatta Samantaray, VLW Subashish Behera, GRS Savita Satapathy, along with all ward members.
Senior members of the panchayat such as Banamali Patri, Ravindranath Sadhangi, and Gopinath Dixit were honored at the event. Additionally, 67 new eligible beneficiaries were provided with government pensions.
The programme concluded with cultural performances, including dances by local artists and a pala performance (traditional folk theatre), through which various government schemes and welfare initiatives were presented to the audience.
