Deputy Chief Minister Prabhati Parida Visits Maa Mangala Temple

Today at 5 PM, Odisha’s Tourism Minister and Deputy Chief Minister, Smt. Prabhati Parida, visited the famous Maa Mangala Temple in Kakatpur. Upon her arrival, she was welcomed and escorted inside the temple by the temple trust members and local officials, including Tahasildar Ankita Anindita, Executive Officer Kailash Chandra Das, Kakatpur IIC Vijay Ketan Behera, Pramod Kumar Sethi, Servitor Committee President Manoranjan Panda, Tapas Kumar Dixit, Prabhat Kumar Dixit, Ashok Kumar Dixit, Tapan Kumar Dixit, and Tushar Dixit.
Inside the temple, she offered prayers to the goddess. After receiving traditional offerings from the Palia Sevayat (designated servitor) Harihara Dixit, she also visited the side deities of the temple. Following the darshan, she proceeded to the temple’s Trust Board Office, where she reviewed various developmental projects related to the temple and advised officials to expedite the execution of the pending work.
The event was also attended by several members of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), including former MLA Surendra Sethi, Block President Sridhar Nayak, and many other BJP workers.
It is worth noting that this was Smt. Parida’s second visit to Maa Mangala Temple since assuming the role of Deputy Chief Minister.
