76th Republic Day Celebrated in Kakatpur

The 76th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Kakatpur across various government and private institutions, educational and vocational organizations, and local associations. Starting from 6:00 AM, students from Government High School, Ramakrishna Shishu Mandir, KBIEM Kids, Jahan Public School, Xavier School, Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Vivekananda Shiksha Kendra, Khanpur ACS Committee, and Kundhei Upper Primary School participated in early morning processions (prabhat pheri) with musical instruments and later hoisted the national flag at their respective institutions.
Similarly, the Rural Water Supply Department, Water Resources Department, Kakatpur Tehsil Office (where Tehsildar Ankita Anandita officiated), Block Office, Police Station, Electricity Office, Panchayat Samiti, Kakatpur Congress Office, and the Kakatpur Press Club observed the occasion. At the Press Club, the national flag was hoisted by President Kamala Lochan Dixit, followed by the singing of the national anthem and distribution of sweets.
Prominent attendees included Prashant Kumar Jena, Akshaya Prasad Mohanty, Aditya Raut, Bhagabata Swain, Nrusingha Behera, Pradeepta Kumar Dixit, Prabhas Kumar Prusti, Man Kumar Dixit, Subhadarshan Mishra, Purnachandra Panda, and Tushar Dixit.
From the ACS Committee, President Munsaf Khan, Secretary Rihan Khan, and members Osim Khan, Salauddin Khan, Ijaz, Mojahid, Hamid, Sabir, Amjad, Kalam, Sobhan, Hamid (again), Abdul Rihan, Faisal, Minahaj Hafiz, Raja, Mehebub, and Niazuddin were also present.
